Delicious!

Love Iberia Products
This is my favorite marinade for Cuban cuisine. It's fresh tasting and aromatic and gives all my meats-Chicken-Pork-Beef & Fish heavenly flavors. You can't go wrong with this marinade. I'd give it more stars if I could. Highly recommended. Use the Mojo Criolla for dipping and this marinade to flavor& season the meats before cooking. Highly recommend this marinade !

Wish it had stronger flavor
This bottle is only 20 oz, and my recipe called for 24 oz. I marinated my pork overnight and half the day before cooking. Flavor was good, but mild. Wish it had a stronger flavor. I don't think being 4 oz short of what my recipe called for made the flavor milder. Especially since the recipe only called for the meat to marinate for 30+ minutes, and I marinated mine for a day and a half...

One of my favorites
I have had trouble finding this locally. It occurred to me to check Amazon.This Mojo actually contains sour orange, which gives its authentic taste.

ROBUST flavor not possible at this low price!
All the inexpensive dehydrated spices originally included lacked any depth or fresh flavor.I added some extra virgin olive oil to help the dehydrated spices bloom when heat is applied. Then I additionally added fresh minced Garlic, unsweetened Pineapple juice and fresh orange zest to greatly enhance this Mojo, it successfully transformes it. Now it can be used as a more flavorful and effective marinating brine.If you only want total convenience while still adding a decent level of additional flavor without additional enhancements, I recommend looking elsewhere and spending more if you can for a higher quality less dehydrated product that includes more flavorful fresh ingredients initially.But if you're looking primarily for a budget friendly marinade base, the low initial cost of this product will allow you to modify it to a higher level of flavor with my suggested enhancements. They keep most of the initial convenience, with minimal additional time and cost.These modifications provide a simple, quick and now very tasty Mojo marinating solution!
