Sometimes I want a specific set of spices to match the type of cooking I am trying to emulate.When I don't I just use one of the mixes of spices and this one is my absolute favorite. If you aren't sure how you want it spiced or just don't care too much this is an excellent choice. I always have this and a backup over my stove and use probably 3 times a week.

I have been using this seasoning for a long time. It is my favorite because you can use quite a bit of it without oversalting your meals (there is less salt than in many other total seasoning).

If you cook, you know this won't go to waste. Much cheaper than smaller bottles. This goes with pretty much anything and is great in rice with some other stuff.
