This is Fantastic. I usually do not write reviews but since we brought our baby home his gas/constipation has caused his stomach to get rock hard and he screams as he’s trying to pass it. At 3 weeks of age I tried the milicon drops which never worked (possibly made him more constipated) after the very first dose. I figured I’d give gripe water a try. He is 5 weeks and last night he was fussing with same gas/constipation issues. I read the box and felt that 5ml was way too much so I used .5ml which is the smallest amount on the syringe and hallelujah he pooped and let out all the air in his stomach as well. He slept like a champ the rest of the night. I repeated the dose in the morning (same .5ml dosage) and this time it helped all the air escape and he was happier afterwards. I’m glad to find this. I recommend trying around for which one works for you. The only con I can see is that they recommend 5ml (two whole syringes) on the bottle. I would never put that much in his system when I don’t know how he’d react as he clearly didn’t need very much to get results. Maybe as time goes on we will work up to that but starting small worked with my lo.

I can't tell you how happy we are with this product. I tried several gripe waters and gas drops before we found Little Remedies.In the hospital we started with gas drops (simethicone) which we did have some luck with, but then I found out there was aluminum in them, so I needed a different solution.The first gripe water I tried was Mommy's Bliss. That one had been highly recommended. The main difference between that product and this one is it seemed to have sodium bicarbonate. Whatever the difference was, the Mommy's Bliss did not agree with our little guy and actually seemed to make his spitting worse.Then these came up as a sale for Prime Day. I didn't realize that there are actual TWO big bottles when I ordered it, so I was delightfully surprised when they arrived. We tried them a few days later and they actually seemed to help! After the second try, we were sure of it.My understanding is that not all gripe water works for all babies. I can attest to the fact that some worked for us and some didn't. It's unfortunately a matter of trial and error. This one is definitely our top choice for gripe water. The effect seems to happen right away if it's going to help or not.

The box it came it came beat up a bit. The bottles on the inside remained sealed and intact so I'm happy about that. My son seems to love the flavour as well. I gave it to him for the first time and he seemed instantly happier, he farted a bit and was a lot more cheerful so I believed it helped him, can't say for sure, will have to try it a few more times to tell for sure but so far so good.*UPDATE*It's been 3 days now since I've given my 4 month old this gripe water, 3 days without him fussing, crying /screaming because of gas pains. My boyfriend also said he's sleeping a lot better at night. I'm so happy I found this product. Oh and the recommended dose for my son's age is 5mls as it says on the bottle but I only gave and continue giving him 3 mls as much as the syringe can hold, I think 5 mls is way too much!!! I ordered another 2 bottles!!

We love gripe water at our house

Ordered this for my son when he was 3 weeks old to help alleviate colic. It worked as long as I gave it to him every 4 hours. He stopped being fussy and was able to burp and pass gas more easily. He is now 3.5 months old and still working great, although I have reduced giving to him only twice a day. He's had no stomach issues. He goes well to the bathroom with no constipation or diarrhea. It doesn't taste like anything, maybe a tad sweet after taste but hardly anything. Also no side effects that I have noted. Would definitely recommend to anyone. My older sister says she used on my niece and still uses it on her, once in a while and she's 7 now.
