This is one of my new favorite baking products. I had made a blackberry black velvet cake for Halloween last year and my friends loved it so much they wanted it as their wedding cake. (Ignore my decorating skills please!)It’s an amazing flavor without being too rich or sweet. DOESN’T TURN YOUR MOUTH BLACK! It’s a phenomenal product and I’m about to purchase more to always have it on hand. I’m going to try and incorporate into macarons next.

Delicious flavor in butter cream. Blended easily with the frosting as well. Used quite bit and let it set over night. Still was a slight grayish color. Once out in the sun/ oxidized it darkened right up! Such a yummy flavor.

I have made many Dutch cocoa powder purchases but not one of them compares to this. Not just this cocoa powder but the brand. I have not been able to find another brand that come remotely close to this. I love chocolate well i love dark chocolate to be exact. and when I bake cookies or my special chocolate cake it comes out so dark and so rich and my cakes are so delicious and so moist. This cocoa powder definitely mixes well and the texture stays like a powder it does not clump. My only critique would be to put it in something that makes it easier to scoop out.

Makes gorgeously black baked goods! I took a risk to make this cake for my brother which involved making a black mirror glaze and it worked SUPERBLY! I added a pic (pardon for using a filter) and not only was it lovely to look at but it also tasted really good. I will say that if you have eaten an Oreo, the flavor is very similar. I will mention that I used BOTH regular chocolate cake mix and added this mix to darken it. When I made the glaze, I was a little wary because the powdered sugar and this mix made it look light grey, but once the liquids were added in, the magic was there. 100% worth it!

love this cocoa. gets nice and black for frosting, but it does have a more bitter taste so you have to add more sugar. but worth the trade off

Make black frosting without dye that tastes like Oreos and doesn't stain your tongue! Awesome product!
