Breastfeeding. While helping my anger and stress. I gotta take it in moment or just before an annoyance occurs then it works. I only take it when needed i don't take daily I feel like my body gets used to it. And I don't take it 2 at a time one at a time is fine. I wish it would be 3a day morning noon night so I have to decide if the situation actually calls for it, if not I just wasted my chance when I needed later. And helps to calm thoughts before bed to sleep. I'm still able to hear the baby. And keeps my anxiety less

I only took this for 3 days, took 1 pill at night to start off with and I got a headache three days in a row. Stopped taking them and didnt get any headaches after. Looked it up and ashwaganda side effect is headaches. Of course you can't get a refund because this isn't eligible for a refund. There's goes $20!

I am currently 5 months postpartum with my fourth child and am exclusively breastfeeding. I noticed recently I had been struggling with noises over stimulating me quite frequently and that I was having a hard time emotionally. I was also falling behind with work and keeping house. I bought this in hopes it would help increase my milk supply but it hasn't and hasn't helped with the stress control either.. it's just something else to take, hasn't been beneficial to me.
