I bought this before I had my baby in February. I bought one of those mini blenders and enjoy mixing this with milk & a whole banana. I’m not sure if this protein is what did it ,but I have maybe 3 gallons of milk saved up. My entire freezer is stocked with just milk. I did run out and switched to another brand and I notice a large dip in my supply. My baby is now 3.5 months ( never had formula)and I am going to give this a second try to see if this will help my production increase . If I see an increase I will update my review. I do enjoy the chocolate flavor but I didn’t like using a whole scoop. I also bought this brands calming pills and boy! I struggled with postpartum rage and those darn “what if this happens” thoughts . Those supplements really toned all of that down and having two under two that was such a blessing.

Love this stuff! It's really helpful for those mornings when I don't have time for breakfast, or the moments when my stomach is not up for food. The chai tastes so good mixed with coffee and the chocolate is a great addition to a pan of brownies. It's also nice to know that the ingredients are focused on my needs a breastfeeding mom and not on building my muscles lol.

This flavor was so good I loved it it’s my favorite out of all of them. I actually mixed in brewers yeast and collagen and I could not taste it with this. This did help my supply and I love the fact that it’s low carb and low sugar.My only complaint is it’s only a little over half full in the container so I go through them fast and they’re so expensive. I wish the container was more full it’s disappointing when I open it and it looks like a lot is gone.

Love this protein shake. Tastes so good and fills me up. Love making smoothies with this, some fair life milk and a banana! So good! I use my ninja blender and have no issues with clumps.

This flavor is not it. I disliked it very much and I couldn’t wait to get through it to get my chocolate flavor back.It’s easy to mix and smooth, but way too thin compared to the chocolate one.It smells okay, and I feel like the quality is better than some other protein shakes I’ve tried.Does it help my lactation journey? I’m not too sure.

Got this after doing some research for milk supply boost and just a meal alternative as a mom of two it’s sometimes hard to get a meal in.Not a big fan of chocolate but the reviews for it over the cookie one took my vote. It definitely tastes different, don’t want to say chalky or gritty but you can tell it’s a protein drink. I used almond milk to mix with and to use a whole scoop with just 6-8oz of your liquid of choice….I had to use more milk to make it thinner and tolerable honestly. It didn’t mix well and I mixed it for a long time with a frother and had to use a spoon to get what was stuck to the bottom off. Need to drink it fast or have a spoon in it to keep mixing as it settles. Not sure if I will use it in a smoothie as it’s chocolate or what else to put in it to make it better but I’m gonna use it as I paid good money for it. Will probably drink it every few days as it’s just not something I crave but a semi easy thing to make. To each their own and everyone has a different palate but it was not for me.

I’ve tried three flavors. As other reviewers mentioned the chai has a gritty texture. Chocolate takes longer to dissolve in my blender bottle. Vanilla cookie was my favorite, I did get a slight salty flavor at the very end, but my salt craving never went away, so this is fine by me.I do add in some lactation cookies in my day, but with how much my baby eats, this is a daily drink for me.
