Amazing taste
I was kind of skeptical about ordering these due to some people saying it tastes bad but it tastes AMAZING!!! Literally like cheez its!! I’m only on day one so regarding these helping with milk production I’ll have to give it another day or two

Munchkin always for the win! Used last two pregnancies and breast feeding journey and now this one too. Quality ingredients, tastes heavenly, not very dry, not too hard crispy like a chip. Great value, helps with milk production!!

An acquired taste
Not going to lie, these have a very strange flavor. They almost taste like a regular Cheez-It but have this other flavor in there too. Plus they're dryer. But they are perfectly salted. I do randomly crave them. As for milk production I use this in combination with other natural supports. For example I also eat the cookies from this brand for snacks. I drink a ton of body armor. And I take other supplements. Therefore I can't speak directly to how this product impacts my production but I do feel like these and the cookies help.

Cannot recommend. The taste was HORRIBLE. Couldn’t even get past it to see if there would be a benefit or not.

I absolutely love this stuff.But don’t eat more then one bag a day you will get engorged. But it works

Tasty and effective
These lactation crackers are great the texture is similar to a cheese-it and is hard and not too dry. They are great for the price and i've noticed my personal milk production increases with use of these.
