I’m 7 months pregnant and have been taking these since I found out I was pregnant. The lemon taste is palatable and makes taking the vitamins so easy! I hate taking pills but it’s as pleasant as I imagine it could be with these. I’m not a huge fan of eggs and you need for choline goes up during pregnancy so I am glad to get peace of mind with these choline pills!

These smell/taste great!The little lemon-scented stick they put in the bottle is seriously the greatest invention ever for someone who has to take a daily vitamin. I supplement my prenatal pill with this, a probiotic and an Omega mix. I take them all at once and this masks any flavor from the other capsules/pills.I've even used the scent stick from an empty bottle to throw into another bottle that doesn't have one!

I love it, the taste is good like lemongrass fresh.

Most women have no idea how important choline is to them and their baby. This type is also the most bioavailable. Best choline supplement I’ve found. Will continue this post partum and long term.

I can’t say the product is bad but the smell and taste of lemon is overwhelming . Taking this during the first stages of pregnancy is practically impossible to it get down. I’ll unfortunately have to switch back to the other brand I was taking because this is like trying to drink Lysol lemon cleaning products .

I love that I’m able to provide baby (and my) brain with extra vitamins. Was suggested by a nutritionist who specializes in pregnancy. Have a subscription so I get it monthly. Like that capsules are vegan. They don’t smell great, even though the packaging tries to mask it, but that’s overlooked since so beneficial. My first order contained an open bottle and the return was a little tricky since a Whole Foods drop off was required, so hoping no other issues.
