It really does work for 3-4 months
This concentrated insecticide is great. It kills 260 different species of insects. I use it on my lawn and in the mulch surrounding my Arborvitae Trees. I have one of those hose dial up sprayers to spray the appropriate amount of insecticide. I use this every spring just before the insects arrive. Hands down, it works. And works for months. I figured out a way how to tell ( rather than sticking my face in the lawn). Plain and simple. Birds tell you. My neighbor does nothing to his lawn but cut it. EVERY DAY, his lawn is covered with birds eating ants, grubs, ticks, and whatever else is hanging out in his lawn. Occasionally, a few birds will give my lawn a taste. But they quickly give up, and go back to my neighbor's lawn. There's nothing to eat in my lawn !! My Arborvitae are loaded with robin nests every spring. But, the " parents" go to my neighbor's lawn to feed the chicks. One application lasts 3-4 months. I have no worries about my daughter playing in the grass and getting a tick bite. New York is rampant with Lyme disease. One less thing to worry about. The product is cheap, a little goes a long way in the sprayer. Kills those pesky grass killing grubs too ! It's a great product at a great price.

Far Better Than Competitors – Effective, But Not 100% Perfect
I've tried many different insect killers over the years, and I'll admit, nothing works 100%. However, after using Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer for Lawns Granules, I can confidently say that this is one of the best I've used, and far better than most of the competitors out there. I applied it as directed to my lawn, and within a few days, I noticed a significant reduction in the number of lawn-damaging insects. The effectiveness is definitely noticeable, though I'd say it works around 80% of the time in my experience. While it's not flawless (what product really is?), I've found that it delivers much better results than the other insect killers I've tried. I especially appreciate how easy it is to apply—just spread it out evenly, water it in, and you're done. There's no complicated setup or mixing like with some other treatments. The granules also seem to hold up well in the rain, which is a big plus for me.I did notice a few persistent pests here and there, but overall, my lawn looks healthier, and I'm not dealing with as many insects chewing through my grass or plants. For the price, this is a great solution, and I'd definitely recommend it if you're looking for an effective insect killer without spending a fortune.

Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer works good to treat lawns?
Spectracide Triazicide Insect Killer works good to treat lawns? Is it safe around kids and pets? I've been using this for a while and had a hard time getting it to take care of ants in my yard. On first try I mixed it per the label to mix with a gallon of water in a sprayer and got very little result. The sprayability is fine and it is easy to mix with water but little results. Online I read it should be mixed a good bit stronger like 4 oz of concentrate per gallon of water for certain ants . So I treated the entire yard again. Still little result and even seeing fungus mushrooms after the rain and even ground moles so they are eating something. So I mixed it very strong in a smaller spray bottle to target a few ant hills. That seemed to work. So keep in mind it is a combination of how much concentrate you mix and how heavy you spray requiring various amounts for each problem you are trying to take care of. It does seem to be a good value for the money even if you use half the bottle to treat a 10,000 sq ft yard. Not sure if I will buy it again but I am definably mixing it a lot stronger now. Not sure of the Safety around pets at this point. Also note there is a slight smell but it is very faint when diluted with water.

Enjoy the outdoor lawn with peace of mind
Every May, there will be a lot of small insects appearing on the outdoor lawn. You may not see anything at all, and many bags will appear on your head, neck, and limbs. The more you scratch them, the more itchy they become. Rubbing various anti itch products will not help, and it will last for a week before slowly returning. You dare not go back to the yard anymore. You must be fully armed and hurriedly escape back. Now use this product to deal with it, and there will be no more insects to disturb you.

Great for keeping bugs away.
This works great to keep the Texas bugs at bay in between using the granular. The sprayer works so good I have used it to spray liquid fertilizer as well! The smell is strong the first few hours but it dissipates, I love that spectracide is safe after drying.

Didn't work as expected.
This wasn't working on my front yard. I sprayed it and it didn't do anything. I took it to me back yard after it sat for a while and it works great. No bugs in the back yard until after it rained. Wish it lasted longer.

Best pest control you can buy
I have been using Triazicide for many years. This is the best overall product you can buy to keep insects under control. I spray this with a sprayer that you connect to the hose. I fill it about 1/2 inch with Triazicide and the rest with water. It empties quick so you have to work fast. This bottle will work for about 4-5 refills depending on how much you use. My main problem is ants, but this product kills them on contact. Just be sure to spray enough product so that it seeps into the mound where the queen is breeding.

Dependable Way To Eradicate Our Crawling Friends
This is a very dependable compound for eliminating creepy crawlers all over your property. To make your life easier I would recommend a rechargeable electric sprayer instead of a pump sprayer.
