I just purchased two more bottles after my first finished. One for myself and one for my husband. We really like it, helps ease anxiety that arises from everyday life. I like that the dropper is labeled, that’s a plus. Anyhow, my husband says he really likes it too.

I was hoping to improve sleep and gave this a shot. Good golly, Miss Molly, it works! I had years and years of trouble falling asleep, waking up in the middle of the night and not going back to sleep. My body overreacts to meds, so instead of the whole 1 ml dose, I took a fourth of that (it’s marked on the dropper). I took it in the morning and that night, I slept seven straight hours. Hallelujah!! And every night since then.Be smart about it—there are people who shouldn’t take it so read up on it first. I hope it works as well for you as it does for me.

Only 3 stars because of the first ingredient. This stuff is very sweet but the first ingredient is why.Next time I will be getting one with grain alcohol as the first ingredient instead of whatever this stuff is. I like how much mg it is and it’s palatable but not quite what I wanted.
