Good product but received expired product
I love this ketchup. I ordered this every 2 months. But this time one bottle came in bad condition and other one's expiry date was already over when it arrived.Loss in transit is understandable but delivering expired product is completely wrong.Sorry troovy I had to take the stars away for this irresponsibility!The old packaging was so much better and healthier and good for the environment. Why switch to plastic ? As consumers, we understand glass bottles get damaged easily. But as sellers you can packaging more conveniently to avoid that! For the sellers selling glasses and crockery, do they avoid selling online or do they assure good packaging? I hope they come back in glass bottles. It's my favorite product. The taste is great!
