The quality is great, I wasn't expecting so much in it, it is easy to mixed by just adding water room temperature or hot. I mixed mine with almond milk and let it soak in the fridge for approximately 4 hours and it tasted amazing. I included it in my diet daily and I am seeing improvement. I lost approximately 5 pound in one month and makes me really energetic and it is as it said. Organix

These are a great supplement to add fiber/healthy fats to your diet. Sometimes I take 1 tbs and let it sit in a small glass of water, thirty minutes later I will drink it. It serves as a great meal replacement and great for using if your fasting. Another way you can consume these chia seeds is by sprinkling them over your favorite salad/protein bowl
