These Gummies work with establishing bowel regularity. Some have mentioned they stick together, ya, they are Gummies. If they didn’t stick together I’d be worried they were dried out and stale. Not a big deal, flip the bottle over and tap it… down they come.A few have mentioned they need to run to the bathroom within a short time after taking these?My experience is I take 2 at night and get to poop every morning so I can get on with my day without worrying about needing a restroom while I’m out and about. I love these. Super convenient, taste ok and they work. I guess you could start with 1 and see how they affect you. They are not laxatives and aren’t supposed to give immediate relief. They are gentle on your system and only designed to introduce extra fiber.

It's a good thing these are not bear-shaped, cause they're freaking delicious and could easily front for gummy bears. And, they seem to be doing they're job (along with copious water) as I have not so far had any constipation associated with glp-1 injections. The normal dosage is 3 per day, and it's easier on my gut if I divide it into one with each meal.

Tastes too sweet. They should lower the amount of sugar. Watch for Dietary Facts sheet if you’re on weight loss diet. They came melted and out of shape.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Was told by my GI doctor I needed to add some fiber to my diet so I chose these. They are yummy and work as expected! 😆.
