You need to take cracked black pepper with your turmeric in order for it to work. This has it. Plus it has additional ingredients to help absorb the turmeric into your body. Feel this particular brand does what it's supposed to do by giving you a very beneficial supplement but also goes the extra mile.

It takes a few months for something like this to take affect, but the ingredients are excellent, and the other company that used to sell it no longer sells it

Well, these capsules are turmeric and black pepper... can confirm that.Took them for health reasons.But recent medical reports say turmeric might be bad for the liver.
