Midol Heat Vibes Menstrual Pain Relief Heat Patches - 6 Count Pack for Period Cramps and Backache

These Midol Patches are wonderful for cramp relief, but they have multiple uses. I stored several in my carry-on for a flight to Europe and when my lower back started to hurt, I slapped one on. When my shoulder started to hurt, I slapped one on. When I got cold, I slapped one on. They go on over your clothes (stick well but don’t leave residue) and stay warm for quite a while. My husband and son ended up using them as well. They are a yellow heart-shaped patch that says “Midol”, so I’d recommend having a hoodie or something to put on to conceal them, unless you don’t care.

These Midol heating pads have quickly become a must-have in my period survival kit. Whenever cramps hit hard, I just pop one on and within minutes I feel that gentle, comforting warmth doing its magic. It's like a soothing hug for my lower belly!They’ve made such a difference in how I manage menstrual cramps, especially on work days when I can't just lie down with a heating pad.

I have been using these Midol patches for over a year and cannot imagine going without them now. These discreet patches go right on the outside of your underwear and heat up fairly quickly, giving you all the benefit of a heat pad without the bulk. Best of all, they can't even be seen through leggings, giving you a bit of comfort during your workout or at work. I also love that the packages are small enough to fit in any size purse and last for eight hours, giving you the comfort you need when you need it. From my own experience, they last about six to seven hours of the eight-hour period. While they work longer, they start losing their effectiveness after this. The size is also perfect for going on my period underwear or normal panties. The heat is also the right amount of warmth, not burning but relieving pain. While they are a little expensive, they are worth it for stopping cramps during my time of the month.

I wasn't sure what to expect before ordering. It is on the smaller size. I'm plus size and the pad is about the size of my palm so getting the pad to hit the righr spot to have the most affect was tricky. It's easy to apply and it does stay luke warm for 8 hours. Just wish there was a bigger size. I'm not sure why its recommended can only wear one every 24 hours so if you plan on wearing it during the day then at night you'll have to use alternative methods. Or if you want to take it off for a period and reapply later then there's no way to reapply really, unless I guess if you keep the package.

Love these for my daughter. She says it helps a lot with her stomach cramps. Much better than connecting a heating pad to the wall and not being able to move.

These patches are soooo small. I get menstrual pain all the way up to my navel and out to my groin, and these just barely cover where my angry uterus supposedly is. The picture shows how little it covers. For reference, I’m 5’4” weigh about 130, size 6/M underwear or pants. I’m not tiny, but I’m also not large.I had bought two of these packages because I was anticipating many days of pain, but actually ended up blowing through both packages in a few days, because I had to stick two patches in my underwear, to fill out the space I needed to heat.They also don’t get or stay all that warm, and the adhesive is weak so it peels out of my underwear every time I go to the bathroom.I won’t be buying these again. I’ve had better luck with a popular brand that makes a similar wrap- I now use the one for back/hip. They are larger and stay warmer.

I love using these heart-shaped heating pads they work great, their my favorite shape too. I will continue buying these products

Product is on the small side. Maybe a little bit bigger than my medium sized palm. Some of the patches produce mild heat, some seem to be duds and produce no heat at all. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll pay more and get the other brand.
