I've been buying this EVOO for years now, and never disappointed. I use it primarily for dressing rather than cooking, although it does offer a higher smoke point, there are plenty of less expensive EVOs to use in frying. I always order the 100 ml can, but transfer it to a smaller bottle with spout for ease at point of use, and keep the large can in a dark spot in the pantry. I gave a sample to a friend from Greece and he just smiled and said it tasted like "home". Lots of oils are labled EVOO, but from where and when bottled can vary greatly. This oil is from Sicily...period.

Since I bought my first one, it's over a year and I've gotten 2 more since! For the $ it's really worth it

Great silky initial flavor swishing around and a nice nip of peppery zest as it goes down. High grade EVOO. A+

The best oil .. hands down and best company to buy it from

I read some reviews about it being difficult to pour and some damaged spouts. Well, I had full intentions of seeing for myself and being gentle when opening the spout. Unfortunately, my spouse was anxious to test the oil. I returned to a broken spout. The spouse is not very delicate. In fact, I’ve called him a “bull in a china shop” in the past. That said, in his defense, this spout is not the most sturdy in design. The plastic gasket broke, as did part of the cap. Luckily, I had a glass jug I was able to transfer the oil to, but it’s clear glass. It’s stored in a dark closet, so I’m hoping that the taste won’t suffer. Returning the oil is not an option for me, but the spouse????

The best olive oil in the world

I found this olive in a local Italian store a couple years ago. It’s delicious with a delicate fruit undertones. Highly recommend!
