I'm sure this would be popular in middle earth for it's earthy taste and health benefits. I actually like the taste, no issues taking it straight. It's a very natural taste but if you have a lot of sugar in your diet, especially tea and coffee, you're likely going to have issues with the taste the first few times. Black coffee drinkers will have no problems with taste and like anything else once you have downed it a few times it could become quite enjoyable.My reason for buying this is to find a semi replacement for Omega Fish oil. Its more about reducing the amount of Omega fish oils capsules I take and the truth is I don't really trust the OMFO capsules sold by most sellers. The latest one I purchased leaves a foul taste in the mouth all day - rotten fish springs to mind. But I know of a brand that has no taste, and its quality product but is low on the MG amount hence the BSO.I cannot say if I notice any benefits as I have just started taking it - but I would be amazed if there weren't and I'm quite familiar with BSO health properties. I take a number of other supplements daily and have added this to the daily routine. I just swig it straight from the bottle. Definitely a very good quality oil - you just know it is. And the makers have take care to manufacture and package this oil. Seems like some genuine care goes in to it.I will try cooking with it as well. First up is going to be fried eggs and I have a strong hunch I will like what it does to the overall taste of fried eggs.

Very good quality...for good price. I was using the amazing herbs brand but it became too expensive for me. This was the next best thing, as cheaper product is always watered down not effective and quality is poor, but this was not the case for this brand. Its my go to now

Amazing product. Not bitter like some. Great when consuming a teaspoon a day for immune system boost. If you have a mouth ulcer or any oral issues, take a a teaspoon and rinse your mouth. Works wonders on spots too. I mean not sure if there's something it doesn't work on! This is gold dust!

I tried this oil to improve sleep and it did not work for this. It is a good quality oil and does not taste too bad. It may be an acquired taste, which gets easier after taking daily for a week. It is a bit on the costly side though.

Perfect, nice drip bottle avoids spills and is potent; you can feel it working, have more energy, and quickly recover from flu symptoms. I would recommend it.

Excellent Product.Yes the taste is strange, especially to those who have not used these types of products in the past.It’s mild (ish) and tastes like Clove Oil.Take it straight from the bottle, then have a couple of sips of water (drink) and that’s it.Hope this helps

Nicely packaged, but my god, one teaspoon and it is making my mouth and throat feel horrible, the after taste is horrendous. The taste of the oil is coming out of my nose. I feel like Ive drunk a bottle of chemicals. I wont be able to take any more. I wish I hadnt bought this.
