If you buy the house/store brand of instant oatmeal from your local supermarket, this is exactly the same product. It's cheaper than the big name brands, but it also comes in smaller serving packets. The fruit-derived flavors are good, and I recommend buying a box of the plain ones, so you can mix one of those with the flavored ones and it works very well (especially if you find the flavored ones too sweet).
