First, read the directions on the top regarding releasing the pressure under which it's packed slowly prior to opening. If opened too quickly a cloud of coffee appears.Second, it's a robust roast. It's very rich in flavor without a bitter or burnt taste. Brewing a pot on a bold setting resulted in a very enjoyable cup of coffee which I prefer to drink black. I will try a normal brew with my next pot. I expect to prefer the deeper, richer and noticibly stronger bold setting.

Great coffee! I just bought an espresso maker and these have grounds were a great choice. The coffee tastes great! I make lattes which means there’s a lot of milk and sometimes I’ve used grounds where the coffee taste gets a little lost. These grounds are perfect. I can taste the coffee the perfect amount and it produces a really great flavor.

This is the best coffee in the world! I was introduced to this brand on one of my trips to Europe and cannot and will not ever settle for an inferior coffee again. I have always added sugar and cream to my coffee since beginning to drink it in college over forty years ago. In those years I have bought and sampled dozens of brands, and this is the only brand that is not bitter, or have an after taste, to the point that I have cut my sugar usage by 80% and sometimes don't even add cream. That proves how smooth it is. If you like plain Starbucks coffee, which IMHO tastes like strong sheep dip, you will not appreciate the superior ripe beans, roasting without burning, and delicious taste of this coffee.

I use this coffee with my AeroPress, and the grind size is absolutely perfect. It brews a cup that’s smooth, balanced, and has that classic, natural coffee taste without being bitter.I do wish illy used the Swiss Water process instead of CO₂ for decaffeination, but it’s still far better than coffees that rely on harsh chemical methods. The flavor is clean, authentic, and satisfying something you don’t always find in decaf.I was especially looking for a decaf that didn’t taste flat or artificial, and this one is a good choice. It feels like a quality, healthier choice compared to others I’ve tried.

I recently made the switch to decaf and I struggled to find one that I like. This exceeded my expectations. It's flavorful, it's roasty, it is honestly the best decaf I've ever tried. I make it in a moka pot and it's perfect hot or iced (I drink it iced). Doesn't have that watered down quality that some decafs tend to have. Highly, highly recommend.

The ground coffee is of good quality and quite versatile. It works well in a moka pot and also makes a smooth cold brew when prepared with a French press. As the label suggests, proper storage is important—ideally in the fridge if not consumed soon after opening.

I bought this coffee because it had a lower caffeine content. I wanted to use it in my percolator but discovered that it is a finely ground coffee which is not the best for percolators, but I used it anyway and was blown away by the flavor. I am, correction, was not a coffee drinker until now. I will try it with a paper or cloth filter, but I am hooked on the flavor, plus it did not raise my blood pressure or make me jittery.
