Disappointing Warehouse product / return.
Purchased at reduced price because it was an Amazon return but fully checked and working. NOT. The fan blade was not attached , the motor would not turn, and the wiring in the plug was of the Green , White and black USA colour scheme. I Googled which was the "live wire" and all sources state that Black is live and white is Neutral. The plug was wired incorrectly . I got it all working but now am not convinced that it will last so returning the fan back to Amazon.I have since spoken with customer service who resolved my complaint and concerns completely. 5 star service.

Now reported to trading standards: Does not have a legal plug.
Now reported to trading standards. This item does not ship with a legal UK plug. Distributors and retailers including second-hand dealers and auctions must only sell appliances which are correctly fitted with an approved plug with sleeved pins and the correct fuse. All plugs must carry the name and reference number of the approval body, normally BSI or ASTA.There is a specific distance between the pins and the edge of the plug to prevent fingers making contact with the pins while the plug is inserted into the socket. That is why our plugs are quite chunky.
