Just woww 😁 I used to work in a high standard place, and this tea looked like and smelled like the tea what I served to the people there. this is an amazing quality, and very lovely lemon taste. And it's a lot, I will have it for a while now, very happy with this purchase

I ordered this on the strength of a bag of Oregano purchased from the same seller.First things first, like my other purchases, there is a lot of product in the bags I received. As with the other herbs you are advised to keep opened bags in air tight containers to maintain freshness over its 2 year life.The lemon grass is dried (obviously) and looks a little like freshly picked sage. If you use the grass as is in stews or whatever you will end up picking out small stalks during your meal. I have worked around this in two ways; ground some grass into a owder and bagged small handfuls in empty tea-bags. These can be bought from Amazon at a very reasonable price. Once the bag is filled tie off with the drawstring and you have your very own lemon grass herb bags. They also make wonderful infusions in place of tea.Four stars only because of the limitations imposed by the dried herb as stated above.

When I opened the package... Wow! This products stinks like old fish! If I hadn't been a regular customer of Just Ingredients I would have returned it and demanded my money back. But because everything else I have bought from them has been excellent I decided to try it anyway. Smells like fish, tastes like lemon! Makes a lovely light, refreshing cup of tea that tastes like a lemon cake I used to buy. Lemongrass is a great antifungal, anti spasmodic, attacks antibiotic resistant bacteria, promotes good sleep, eases fevers, aches and pains, limits the level of cholesterol absorbed from the intestines, and many more health benefits.Just put a tablespoon of the cut stalks into a cup, add boiling water (I also add a regular teabag) and steep for a few minutes. Or to make your lemongrass go further you could add to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes. Looking forward to trying more Just Ingredient products as natures medicine cabinet!

This Lemon Grass was exactly what I was after; I use them as part of a herbal compress. They were good quality, and still retained their smell which was very strong when I opened the packet. Just Ingredients appear to be a good supplier at a good price and will be happy to buy from them again.

I make tea with this, tastes amazing, I make my own coconut milk and sometimes add it to the lemongrass tea which is gorgeous.

Lovely product. Adds flavour to the food and great as lemon grass tea with little honey. Rather versatile. Long shelflife.
