Works better and faster than the spray for big congestion. Wish the flow was more controlled, it starts dripping right away after flipping upside down.

Perfect for littles congestion. It is not the easiest to use for a fussy baby but it does help once you can get drops in the nostrils.

The best saline solution for my kiddos. The others didn’t seem to work as good. I’ve tried three different ones this one was the best. P
