Toto replacement- not a "universal" replacement
Proper seat to replace original. Just be sure to see if you are replacing a seat for skirted toilet (sides go straight down to the floor) or regular toilet where the bolts stick out under the bowl. A skirted toilet needs top tightening bolts.

Great quality installation is easy but not as much in a Toto toilet (though possible)
This toilet seat is great quality in its design, comfort, convenient soft lid closure and ease of cleaning. Installation on a Toto toilet is not that easy but it is possible.

Easy install, great fit.
Perfect fit, easy to install. Looks good. Very pleased w/this replacement. I'm a 77 yr old great granny, and this was a piece of cake for me to install. Decent instructions. None of the side to side wobbles the old one had. Color was spot on. Liked the little gaskets to hold the closure/hinge in place. Would buy again.

VERY Slow Close
Seat seems well made, however, it doesn't drop down first....and close slowly. It has resistance all the way down and takes a long time. I prefer to have it mostly close and be able to flush right away.

Pros and cons
Meh, it is nice as far as soft close, it is easy to install/ clean. That being said to no fault of the seat it doesn't allow my after market bidet to function, My final complaint is that the seat is such a lightweight plastic while it is adequately sturdy (I don't feel like I'll break it) I don't like that it sticks to my legs so when I stand up it clunks down loudly.
