It's not stainless per mustard mtg.
This hook is 7/16 in from point to shank. It is made of Swedish and German materials of high carbon steel. It is not stainless steel but made of Duratin coating.

Recommended for Rockfish
These hooks are not for everything, but for fishing in deep water for rockfish, they are just what is needed. The long shank and circle design help keep the fish on the hook and line when coming up from deep water. The long shank also helps with hook-up percentage on these deep water fish with big mouths.
