Good brewer
The imperial tea maker fills a large cup or maybe two standard tea cups of leaf tea. Transparent pot is good to sea the leaves unfolding and the colour developing. The release base is simple and effective. The lid can be detached for easier rinsing. I’d like Some advice on the best way to clean the filter mesh when necessary. So far the ITM has been used for Oolong and Simple green tea. Yet to try lapsing or Keemun. All in all it’s a very good tea maker

Tea maker - very pleased!
It is smaller than I expected and I think plastic however I like the design and perfect for the job. The lid did come off when I hand washed it but it just slotted back on. I can also see why people mention it being ideal at work. A nice way to have a cuppa whilst keeping the next one warm. I also bought the Judge JDG30 set of cappuccino cups and they compliment the tea pot nicely.

Size
I very rarely give feedback. This is just perfect. Just be aware this is for one large mug and perfect for one person, although if you make a strong measure it could be topped up with hot water. I pick my herbs, give them a quick rinse and pop them in the pot. Add hot water and sit it beside me on top of a mug ready to go. After ten minutes, just empty into the mug. So easy and a great deseign. I have used this twice a day for three days. It is just better than using a mug and a strainer. Remove the used herbs, give it a rinse and its ready to go again.

Unique easy to use teapot
I love this unique teapot. I like to see the tea leaves opening up as they re-hydrate.Plus the tea tastes great but that may be because I'm using Vahdam Himalayan green tea. It would also be great with flower teas.A bit awkward to empty out the tea leaves (unless you just rinse and pick them out of the sink!)And don't get distracted when you're 'pouring' the tea as you need to judge when the cup is full. Or use a see-through cup. I've had a tea puddle on the table a few times. Note to self: take the pot off the cup before checking the phone!

WISH IT WAS BIGGER
Great for ONE cup of tea, but if you’re using bulky petals ( like roses or mint), they swell and use up a lot of room, so you end up with a smaller cup of tea!

Delicious tea mess free
Having recently graduated from tea bags to leaf tea I was looking for a mess-free way to brew. This is a great product. It is easy to use, straightforward to clean and avoids the mess of removing a filter and placing it on a stand. My only recommendation to make it better is some markings for water volume.
