The product is good. We use it to warm the milk or to defrost the milk. It helps you to maintain the temperature as required. It’s overall a good product and we will recommend others to buy.

Product is pretty useless actually. It warms uncontrollably and warms only on the outside. Therefore, you can never be sure if the milk has actually heated well enough uniformly.Went back to regular method of using heated water , putting it in a separate pan and then uniformly moving it to heat it.
