I am absolutely obsessed with this litter box. This is now my third one and I doubt I will ever get another brand. Before we bought our first one we did a lot of research on different brands and types of automatic litter boxes. One of our biggest concerns was the safety measures. The horror stories of an automatic litter box rolling over with a cat inside made us extremely picky. This brand and style is by far one of the safest ones we found and, after using them for over a year, I can say we have never had a single incident. The camera sensor is so sensitive and halts all motion of the litter box if anything moves in front of it. The sensor within the litter box is also great. I love being able to tell which of my cats has entered the litter box and how often they are using the restroom. The app will even send me a notification if one of my cats has not used the litter box in a certain amount of time. This litter box is so easy to clean out with the bags and it rarely ever has a smell. The app also sends a notification to my phone if the bag is full so i can empty and replace it before the smell starts. I will say that I have found this litter box works best with clay litter. We tried a few other types and had a couple issues with the dirty litter building up at the back of the tunnel instead of dropping inside the bag. Overall, I love this litter box and this brand. It is 100% worth it if you are on the fence and this brand has amazing sales often if the price is something you balk at.

Life changing. I struggled to justify the price but it has totally been worth it. I have two cats. It did take them about a week to feel comfortable to use it. We kept one regular box and they slowly transitioned to this one. Wish I had bought it sooner.

I have only had this litter box for a couple of weeks, but so far I am very impressed with it. It was very easy to set up and I love all the smart features (alerting by whom and when the litter box was used), and the fact that I don’t have to remember to clean it every or every other day. It also takes all the odor away. One of my cats used it immediately, but my 18 year old is a bit slow in warming up to it. Hoping he will transition fully soon. Great buy!

Best electronic litter box ever used.Previously had crystal.What’s great about this one is that it revolves and sifts after every use and dumps clumped waste into bin with trash bag. Let’s you know when it’s full with app, track’s your cat’s potty habits and weight.

It claims to be able to weigh your pet. But it keeps telling me I have a 6lb cat, which I do not. Unless a stray is sneaking into my garage at night just to use the litterbox, it's just wrong. The app put up a very unhelpful warning that "improper toileting can lead to" incorrect weights. Uhhh, no. They're cats. There is no incorrect "toileting" or litterbox use. However they use it is how cats use it. If the mechanism for weighing them cannot get an accurate reading, then don't claim to know their weight.The self-cleaning seems fine. The cats have other litterboxes throughout the house, so haven't used it enough for me to have a lot of data. My review is primarily about the weighing claim. Dont buy this and expect to get accurate weight readings.

Easy and clear to setup. I already own Petkit Puramax of the 1st edition. Works perfectly well and with accordance to instructions. Size is not too big and fits standard US bathrooms.

This automatic litter box collected urine in the base, which then leaked on the floor. It is very faulty. I returned it to Amazon via UPS and my refund continues to be delayed. Do not purchase this product. Between the faulty product and the disappointing return process/policy this was a terrible purchase.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good. We had a LitterRobot3 since our car was a kitten, but in 5 years, we went through 2 boxes. With all the sensor malfunctions, I wanted to see if another auto litter box would suffice in the same or less price range. We were happy with the functions of our last box, so this one will take getting used to. This one seems to have more parts. This unit came assembled with little set up time and connecting to the app was easy. It rotates/ cleans litter upward, not sideways like LitterRobot. Will update my review after we see how things go. However, 1st day was a success. Uploading my cat's 1st use so others can see the unit size in comparison to my cat. So far, I like how quiet the unit is when it cleans.
