Good product and value

I started these probiotics about a month ago. The label says 2 capsules after a meal once or twice a day. Since I had been on antibiotics. recently, I started with twice a day. No problems at all. And I was feeling better. But what I hadn’t expected was that they helped me quickly take off the last couple pounds I wanted to lose. Don’t get me wrong. They are not magic. I was eating low carb and healthy too. Also, the day I decided to scarf down a whole cauliflower pizza, I was quickly reminded that there is a limit to what a probiotic could do. And the weight could easily come back. But just a couple days eating healthy again, and those pigging out pounds were back off. And I was feeling better again.

Now that I started taking the recommended doasage these work really well. I feel more balanced where it counts. Easy to digest and no smell.

I have been struggling with my vaginal ph (bv) for years. Doctors only want to prescribe me antibiotics then I end up with the same issue over and over again. I started taking these and immediately saw an improvement of my symptoms. I am taking two capsules twice a day after a meal and my gut is loving it. I have no side effects and I am grateful that I have finally found something that works for me! I have spent hundreds of dollars on so many different probiotics over the past few years I was just overall frustrated. The is is an excellent value, great quality, and works fast! Along with a healthy diet this is going to be my go to! Definitely will be stocking up on these!Update 4/19/25I’ve increased the amount I take to 3 capsules one or twice a day, started eating according to the “blood type diet” (look into this!), and I also take fiber daily. I learned that fiber is what feeds the healthy bacteria so I try to take it before I take this probiotic. Doing this has completely cured my issue with BV that I’d been struggling with for years! No more antibiotics for me! It’s all about what you eat and making sure you have enough fiber in your diet to feed the good bacteria! It feels so good to finally feel normal again! Thank God!

Just got these yesterday! Filled to the brim and as advertised! Will continue to update, I’ve only tried a single pill and the vegetable capsule’s taste isn’t terrible and it was fairly easy to swallow.Update 2/23/25These pills have been pretty good in aiding with my bowel movements not only is my toilet time smoother but I’ve also been having less stomach discomfort (something I struggled with daily). So far a solid product🙏

Women’s probiotic I was out of my normal brand and decided to try this brand . Seems to work well I would buy again , good ingredients for the stomach issues I deal with daily
