These were super tasty, it’s honestly difficult to just eat one they’re so good. My favorite was the oatmeal chocolate chip. I’ve definitely noticed an increase in milk production as well! Definitely worth the money for the quality ingredients without common allergens.

All of the flavors taste great. Great ingredients for boasting milk supply. I have low supply so I’ve done a lot of research into ingredients and this is the best premade bar I could find. I eat them as a nice snack for those breastfeeding munchies! Great texture, not too dry. Didnr expect them to taste as good as they do!

These work and taste great. Seem to be a little more expensive than other options but I see a difference in my supply when I at these.

I didn't have much expectations from these as usually healthy snacks can taste like cardboard but these are really tasty and have helped me with my milk production. They taste like oatmeal cookies but with either chocolate chip or blueberry. Has hints of cinnamon too, not too sweet but still tastes like a cookie. I'd buy these again

I’ve been trying different types of supplements and foods to help increase my milk supply. I had hoped that these would work but unfortunately they didn’t. I saw no increase at all. As for the taste, I likes the chocolate chip and peanut bars. The blueberry was way too sweet and I was only able to eat one, I threw the rest away.

Works perfect for me, I eat one every morning and I make 5 ounces on each side, I also latch the baby every 2-3 hours
