I use this in a grow tent with my resin printer and a fan from the same brand. It works great, I can't smell anything when the tent is closed and the fan is on (I wear a full face mask when the tent is open). It's expensive, but I believe it will last me a long time, and I really appreciate that I can refill it.

Being able to change the carbon and not have to buy an entire new filter is amazing. It's simple to change out and pack in, and works well!

I have a kitty litter in a closet. Smells after use were becoming a problem.I built a filter box around the carbon filter and blower so I could use a furnace filter as a prefilter. I directed the outgoing airflow out of the closet. I have it attached to a smart switch to run 45 minutes after I trigger it.My only question is how long each batch of carbon will last. I'm in two months and it is still working great. For growers that run all the time(?) it sounded like 6 months might be possible with even an option to recharge the carbon.

About 4 months ago I purchased the smaller 4” for my small bathroom (7’x5’? Idk), as my apartment neighbors love smoking all day every day and it very very strongly drifts into my bathroom somehow. Before this it smelled absolutely atrocious all day, every day. I have had this running 15min on/15min off since I got it. Despite running it that frequently, it still consistently removes all of the odor. Not sure when it’ll saturate, and it will have to be refilled— but at this point it has done the job flawlessly, and with one refill remaining from the original purchase it will definitely be worth the $80 spent. Although it’s marketed for grows, it’s great for not-cannabis-related situations. Would 100% recommend this filter to anyone that I know who has some sort of stinky apartment/house situation.

What can I say, but "Wow!". The build quality of the refillable model is leaps and bounds better than their previous iteration. Gone are all the unsightly metal screws on the sides. Instead, they have internal screw threads along the inner support cylinder to lock the end caps in place. I also appreciate the little details like the countersunk screws in the caps and the more robust internal filter fabric compared to the flimsy, easily torn one in prior years that felt like cheap pantyhose. Even the grill pattern has changed from circular to a satisfying hexagonal structure that just oozes style and the texture on the "AC Infinity" badge is now subtly striated diagonally compared to the earlier series' vertical banding. I would have preferred that their fan kits come with these new filters by default, but I understand they have to get rid of their old stock somehow. But, right now, this truly is the last filter you'll ever need to buy. AC Infinity has won the industry with their innovation, hands down.

Looks like we have another excellent AC Infinity. This filter when air passes through it removes the smell. I am also excited to have it refillable feature as a non refillable one appears to be incredibly wasteful and detrimental to our environment.

easy to setup, bought while on sale. Cuts down on fan noise and functions the way it should.
