Morrocco Method Henna Hair Dye - Light Blonde

Found it very ineffective, doesn't do anything to greys.Also no instructions at all - apparently you have to look online, and no indication that this is a '2 part' thing where you have to faff about with a herbal tea component.

I have applied it twice now, and I like the results even more the second time (since I left it develop the second time). I was growing out bleached streaks in my hair, which compared to white, obviously, makes my natural medium blonde hair really dark. So I wanted my natural blonde hair back - in fact it is even prettier and blonder now (based on the amazing video by Morroco Method Intl "how to naturally lighten hair (Damage Free)" on youtube, I did that, then also tried it with only lemon+ chamomile tea with the hairdryer, wet it, dry it, repeat :) it made it blonder (beware though - the lemon does damage the hair, but the henna repaired this afterwards in my case), then to seal this I applied the blonde henna on top. The second time I let it develop overnight (add the tea plus half a cup of milk) and applied it for 3-4h the next day. The milk is the secret in my opinion. Feel free to check for videos for milk+henna on youtube, see if oyu like it. They say its best to use coconut milk. I applied less this time, but next time I will use mostly milk and add less tea. The milk is what gives the henna hair the shine and care, and even a little feels amazing and gives great shine ;) Goodluck and have fun :) By the way, my grown-out roots looks smoothed out due to the henna blonde, it gradually flows into one colour - even after only the first application. Its unbeliveable and looks so natural and shiny, love it ;)

Out of all the blonde "hennas" as this is really Cassia, this is the best I have tried as it has chamomile and marigold ground into it and also a chamomile and marigold tea. You brew the "tea" and add this once sieved into the cassia. I also added lemon juice as they recommend in the instructions. I let my mix sit for over 24 hours before using so that it was a potent mix! It hasn't made a huge difference to my hair but there is a strawberry blonde and also ashy blonde tint.

Love the texture, very fine henna, not sure it coloured my greys, I might try it with mixed with Amla.

My first time of applying it, I watched the videos Morrocco Method in theIr education section. I bought the starter kit of shampoos etc on Amazon and have now bought the hairbrush. My hair feels so much thicker & happier. In the long run I hope to also save a lot of money by only getting hair cuts at my hairdresser's. Back to the Henna: you need to have the time to take an interest in your hair care. I loved the process of mixing it, rest it for 12 hours then applying it 5 mins then leaving it for 3-4 hours. It needs doing again soon as it was my first coverage but then should be every 6-8 weeks. I might improve the score then too.
