Reviews suggest using this product feels similar to a professional-level cleaning. I agree. I noticed a significant improvement with this product.However, after 14 months, it began to operate differently (less vigorous) and within days stopped working altogether. I tried the troubleshooting suggestions. None worked. I contacted Sonicare who asked for the Amazon invoice and a photo of the device. They told me I was within warranty and will send a replacement brush and two brush heads (since I threw one away initially thinking it might have been defective).Bummer that it broke after 14 months. (It's a pricey toothbrush). But very happy with the quick/easy offer to replace it.

the sonic toothbrush works good this is my 2nd one of this model and I enjoy both of them I now they are costly but so worth it for all the adjustments from telling you when you need to change the brush head to 3 speeds and lets you know when your pressing to hard against your teeth I will recommend this to anyone

This brand is the only electric toothbrush I buy! It’s easy to use, is a hard worker for healthy teeth and gums! Stays charged for a couple weeks or so. But I usually keep mine continually plugged in since it’s close to a plug. I have different colors, a purple one and white one and another one!Great cleaning for teeth, comfortable to hold, different settings for cleansing, whitening and more. Real good product!

The media could not be loaded. The left is this item, ($200) and the one I got from my dentist ($50). This item has more features like the app and a few more settings which I’m sure is why it’s so much more expensive but I was really disappointed. First of all the case it comes with was really flimsy and didn’t stay closed when the toothbrush was in it. The case that came with the $50 one was much thicker and nicer, which really surprised me. You would think for the extra $150 you’d get the better version of the case. The “charging glass” is a real cheap little piece of plastic, not glass. It also doesn’t stay sturdy on the base, it easily slides off which would be aggravating with your toothbrush always getting knocked over. Maybe it’s not fair to rate it so low without using it, but to me it is not work the extra $150 with the charging glass and case are so terribly made and you get a better case with the cheaper version. I don’t think the app and extra few settings is worth the huge price difference. Maybe that’s not fair of me to say without using it and maybe using it would’ve changed me mind, but I was so disappointed I am returning it. I would’ve expected the better quality accessories to come with the more expensive version, not the cheaper one. Not to mention the cheap flimsy case is broken and doesn’t even stay closed with the toothbrush in it so it will pop right out.

Excellent works really really really good now I don’t know about guaranteeing. You’d have white teeth in two weeks cause my teeth were pretty brown and pretty sure they’re still somewhat brown and I’ve been using it every day twice a day so I don’t think it whiten your teeth, not even for $200 But it does clean your teeth, though not whiten

These toothbrushes are simply outstanding. I believe they are the best on the market!!
