You could use it more or less and I mix it with yogurt or you can mix it with coconut milk in a can as best cause it’s thicker.

This is a product that you ingest into your body. It has carbs in it. lol the taste is OK. You take a teaspoon with water twice a day.I just got it today so I really don’t know if it’s going to work or not for filling in less dense patches in my hair, but I can give you an update.Update- I purchased this on January 5 and today is January 19.I feel that it’s doing something. I like this method but personally I have a very very sensitive scalp and this can sometimes make it itch.
