The Bond Beyond Time: A Tribute to Precision and Permanence
There are certain instruments that, though modest in stature, command reverence by the way they mend the world’s little fractures—quietly, assuredly, and with a discipline one might only attribute to master artisans of an earlier age. This clear adhesive, housed in an unassuming vial no larger than a hummingbird’s pause, is one such tool.It arrived on a day I hadn’t planned to need it—don’t they all? A fractured ceramic keepsake whispered of gravity’s mischief; a splintered handle grumbled beneath the weight of loyalty and years. And there it was: the little vessel of resolution, offering me not only the strength to set things right, but the finesse to do so with poise. Its duality—brush and nozzle—reminded me of a painter’s command over both canvas and detail. The brush, delicate and composed, was my scalpel for minute repairs; the nozzle, precise and bold, my trusted chisel for structural resurrection. What surprised me most was not just its grip—it clutched with the quiet tenacity of a promise kept—but how swiftly it delivered its bond, as if to say: “There. It's as if it was never broken.”And after all was healed and restored, I returned the cap gently, as instructed, the way one returns a violin to its case after a concert of small, perfect notes. It now rests on the top shelf, not out of reach, but elevated to its rightful place among the noble everyday things that do their work without applause. For those who value mastery in miniature—who find delight in the invisible handiwork of restoration—this was no mere fix. It was poetry, in polymer.

Dual applicators are handy
I like that I can use this in different ways for different jobs. It's really sticky stuff, not sure what else to say. This adhered velcro to metal when nothing else would.

Stick with it!
I have been impressed with the Gorilla line of products since I first tried their duct tape. This glue is handy in several ways. First, it has the standard nozzle for single or multiple drops of the adhesive. Second, it has an alternate brush applicator for larger areas. The adhesive is not overly viscous (not watery) so it doesn't drip all over the place when you pull the brush out or if you accidently knock the bottle over, speaking from experience. This glue really holds, and I have used it on various materials including ceramics, 3D prints and various types of plastic. This is my "daily use" glue now.

Love the multi applicators
Works well and I love that it has two different applicators depending on what your needs. I did dock a star though because after a little bit, the lid gets stuck (I’m assuming due to the glue) and it’s extremely hard to open.

Awesome feature
I have been using gorilla for my go to super glue and strong tapes. This is the first time I am buying this specific item and I was not disappointed. It has a brush and the same time a nozzle which is a win for me when I use this for my 3D printing projects.

Very old stock - hard as a rock!
Very old stock! Over 2 years old when received, completely hardened and unusable. Same thing happened last year, only this time, the glue I received was even older, 26 months since manufactured, which is absurd!Date code on bottom of bottle = SBA2008U = August 2020. Returning for refund.DO NOT BUY GORILLA SUPER GLUE FROM AMAZON! They are not rotating stock properly, so they're selling glue that's hard as a rock as many others have said. Glue SHOULD be good for only 18 months after manufacturing date (unopened) and 12 months (after opening) per Gorilla customer service. However, my experience says not to rely on this. The glue I bought last year was only 4-5 months old, but all 4 bottles were already too thick to use. I informed Gorilla who had me return the unopened bottles for inspection by their quality control people, so there may be a manufacturing issue. They told me the glue is tested and found to be freeze/thaw stable when returned to room temperature, so it's not a warehouse or shipping temperature issue.Fresh glue should flow easily. One way to check this without even opening the package is the inversion test. Just turn the bottle upside down and observe how fast the air bubble rises to the surface. It takes < 5 seconds for fresh glue. More than 10 seconds means it's too thick. If there's no bubble at all, it's way past shelf life and completely hard and useless.I've experimented with using various amounts of thinner (100% acetone = nail polish remover) to restore old Gorilla super glue, without success. Acetone is recommended to remove spilled super glue, so it was worth a try. I tried adding from 1 to 10 ml of acetone to a bottle of glue. It seems to work, temporarily, then thickens up again, and probably doesn't stick as well. Gorilla says they can't recommend any thinner that doesn't change efficacy. Some alternatives:As far as I know, Gorilla is only 1 of 2 brands with a brush applicator, but the the bottle is very easy to knock over. The other, JB Weld, has a better brush, but is a bit too thin for my use (mainly to restore vinyl record covers). Loctite Automotive Gel Control flows easily and comes in a squeeze bottle that's much more stable than Gorilla and very hard to knock over, but it's only 4 g vs Gorilla's 10 g of product, even though the Loctite bottle is bigger.

This Gorilla Glue is a MUST have for my wood shop. The product is very easy to apply, and consistently has a strong bond.
