I like the Beauty gummies; I take them 3 days a week. There are good for my hair, and my skin. I have noticed a differencein the health of my hair, it's thicker and glossier. I find it is also helping my skin, it looks and feels healthier. It doesn'thappen overnight, but it did make worthwhile changes, after a few months. You can take it every day if you want. I don'tthink I need to, I am getting results, with my own schedule. The gummies taste good and are easy to chew. Keep them out of the sun and the fridge, or they will stick together.

Haven’t been taking long but it taste like medicine and not very good in my opinion my hair or nails haven’t grown yet and I’m breaking out on my chin area the taste is the worse it’s like the liquid medicine I used to take as a child not very good don’t know if I can get past the taste.
