Why did you pick this product vs others?:Looked at the ratings, read some reviews on other sites. Health benefits:Black tea gives me heartburn, green teas generally do not have enough caffeine for my purposes, and it's easy to overdose on coffee. I read that this gives you an energy boost but has calming something-or-others in it and thought it would be perfect for me. Energy level:I have an ME/CFS-like condition as a result of a childhood viral infection, and fall asleep meditating nearly every time. If I don't, it's usually because I've had coffee, and then my mind is racing all over the place. I thought this would get me to some kind of happy medium, and in fact it does seem to work better than black tea or coffee before my sits.

Next to Aiya ceremonial matcha this is my 2nd fave matcha ,affordable and covered under EBT ,it can be found even cheaper at Sprouts via instacart (limited supplies at most locations except coconut creek ,fl ) this matcha is a 10/10 whisk with room temp,then hot water then sweeten or don’t sweeten ,you can use non dairy or yakult for an iced matcha! This is my backup matcha again 10/10

This matcha is good and reasonably priced. Not sweet at all and mild strength. The container is difficult to open and close and tends to cause the matcha to fly out

Wonderful product. However I wish it came with a recipe for the cold version. I took upon myself to use the same ratios with cold almond milk and I loved it. But am I missing out on something even better?

Very nice matcha, smooth and not bitter

This is a wonderful matcha. It has a bright color and when you open it you can really smell how fresh it is. While the tin it comes in is small, there is enough matcha present for about a dozen drinks. I have found that of you use 1 tsp, whisked into a foam with about 2 oz of 175F water, then pour it into a cup and top with milk, it makes a very light and refreshing matcha latte. If you aren't a huge fan of the vegetal flavor of ceremonial matcha, then this is a great alternative. It also works very well as a cake topper if you mix 0.5 tsp matcha with 0.5 tsp powdered sugar and top a vanilla pound cake.If you make sure to keep the matcha in the bag it comes in and simply fold it down to store it into the tin it also lasts quite a while without loosing flavor or oxidizing (turning brown) even if you don't use it everyday.
