Looks like the picture, quality of the ceramic less than hoped
Product out the box looks good and anyone whosea a friends fan will like itHOWEVERThe rim chipped after 2 months of use after a slight altercation with another cup. User mistake but note this cup chipped but ther other didnt. Not the highest quality then... but your paying for the friends graphic not wedgewood quality ceramic.Good for what it is.

Beware of sizing! Read all details, as I'm not a coffee drinker and didn't realised a cappuccino cup is basically like a shot, soo of course it's oversized compared to that 😂If seen friends ones in the shops and they are massive compared to this, if I'd realised I would of bought it from HMV.Not really the sellers fault, just don't be fooled oversized if you're not a coffee drinker.If you're expecting basically a small mug you are ok

Doesn’t come in a merch box
Although it is certified merch, it doesn’t come with a merch box and it doesn’t look good if you need it for a present, just comes in a regular box. Also I thought it wouldn’t bother me that it can not go in to the microwave, but it actually does. The prints are nice and saturated.

Perfect for fans of Friends
Bought as a gift for a friend who is a massive Friends fan. I thought from the design that this was going to be a big American style mug, but it wasn't, but this didn't spoil the gift. She still really liked it and it added to her Friends collection.
