I have been baking bread for years, this was the first time I had a lidded sandwich tin. Worked perfectly.Even though it says non stick: Do not forget to apply a heavy layer of margarine to the tin and lid.Make dough with 600g white strong flour, 360ml water, 7 to 9g of dried yeast, 12g salt, teaspoon of sugar and 30ml of vegetable oil. Knead by hand for 20 mins or 10 mins in a mixer with dough hook.Form the dough into a sausage shape, place in the tin, cover with cling film, when proven enough to nearly touch the cling film, remove film and cover with the well greased lid.Bake in preheated oven, 200 degrees Celsius for 35 mins, slide off lid, then bake for 5 mins more.Remove from tin and cool on a wire rack.

Should have read reviews before purchase. Item received damaged and is very poor quality.

Been looking a tin like this for a while, ordered this a few days ago and have made two loads and coating is off on the bread after the second loaf? For almost £24 quid I expect it to last much longer than two loaves! Not impressed! Looks like I’m going to have to use baking parchment to see how that goes and if it doesn’t sort it I will return.

On arrival these bread pans were scratched and one lid with a dent. Ordered 2 & sent in two different packages.

I loved the idea, that's why I bought it.But sending a Metal Box in a paper bag, beggars belief.Come on folks at Amazon, you send toothpaste in a Big Box, you famous for sending things in oversized boxes.Your asking yourselves was it damaged, only lots of scratches, no dents or dints.

Had it for a month and was really impressed the first couple of times I used it but by loaf 4 the coating was coming off onto the bread that I baked.Not sure if it’s just a one off because of mass manufacturing but not happy at all with it. Tins should last years, not weeks

Very poor quality. Coating came off after second use. Avoid

Tried to cook a loaf starting with the lid on (as per recipe) and it stuck completely along the edges, where the lid slides on and off. Very disappointed

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Stinkt schrecklich und bei der ersten Benutzung hatte ich die ganze Beschichtung am Brot. Schrecklich!Habe mir jetzt eine gusseiserne Form gekauft.

Naja was soll ich sagen, also ich Backe schon Lange Brot, aber sowas ist mir bisher noch nicht vorgekommen das dass ganze Brot in einer Form Festbrennt und nicht mehr zu lösen war, somit ein Fall samt der ganzen Back Form ein Fall für die Mülltonne gewesen ist.

Ist das neu????ich finde das ist gebraucht!!!!
