The vendor was good. But as others online have mentioned Silhouette does not do a good job with marketing and support. I have a Cameo 5 (which I'm happy with) this pen holder set is listed as a Cameo 4 set. Others online mentioned ti will work with a Cameo 5. There are thee rings or collars from one that is the most narrow to one slightly wider, and then the widest. The pen goes in the collar the collar goes into a holder where your pen protrudes out. This opening has a small cap. The cap is removed to use, but it also gives you a guide as to how far done your pen should protrude. I tried two different pens and I'm not that happy with the fit. So, I think I need to first experiment with additional pens and pencils. With the two pens inserted, I could not get the pen writing tip to protrude far enough. Also the collar holds just one point of your pen, and additional vertical surface area on your pen is not touching the pen holder. I will experiment also with maybe wrapping upper parts of my pens with a soft foam. Thus, far I have not used this in my Cameo as I'm still learning to use add on accessories.
