Good quality, very small grip, may be hard to hold for larger hands
Lock feature is a bit trickier than previous Flexi designs. This is VERY small and if your hands are medium to large, may only be able to get a few fingers into the handle.

Line Broke
Used leash about 5 times and the lead broke and retracted in. It is now completely unusable.

Nice product but, the handle too small
These are very nice leashes. I have one that was a gift and it is great. I needed another for the second dog and ordered a small for a dog 25 lbs or less. I expect the cord to be smaller than the others and the handle a bit smaller however the handle is so small an adult hand does not fit in the handle. I can fit only 3 fingers in the handle making it difficult to hang on to and very uncomfortable. It would be great for a young child. This is really the hazard of ordering online.

very small
I ordered the X-small which is supposed to be for dogs up to 26 pounds (my dog is 13 pounds) and this size is too small to put a hand through the grip. My husband and I who have small to normal size hands could only fit 3 fingers into the handle, which is dangerous because it doesn't allow a good grip on the leash, especially should your dog try to bolt or pull. This size is really only good for children walking small dogs and not for adults. Had to return it.

Handle is too small
I love flexi products. However, the handle is too small to hold.

Very nice size for smaller dog and person with smaller hands like me
I use it several times a day and it works great. Also nice design and color.

Light and smooth retraction
My dog loves it! It's very lightweight and easy to carry around. The leash retracts very smoothly. The only thing is I hoped it was a bit longer, maybe 12 feet? But other than that, it's perfect.

Finger hole too small but good quality
I bought the smallest size for my dog and the leash when extended is a good length for exploring without allowing the dog to wander too far. The leash seems durable and I like the colour. My only issue is the hole to place your fingers in to grip is very small. I am a small woman with relatively small hands and I can;t fit all my fingers in only two maybe three which is not as comfortable as I would have liked. Other than that it's a great leash.
