20pcs Soffit Vents 2.08" Mounting Dia Stainless Steel Round Air Vent Louver for Cabinet Bathroom Office Kitchen Ventilation

I found a solution since these are 2-1/8 inch wide. I read that many users had a hard time fitting these into a 2 " hole. What I did was use a 2" hole saw and a 2-1/8" hole saw. I cut three 2-inch holes and inserted the cutouts into the 2-1/8" hole saw blade. Using them as a guide so the hole saw wouldn't bounce around. I then cut the 2" hole just enough to fit the new 2-1/8 soffit vent. It doesn't need to be prefect, just enough to work. After the vent is in place you will never see the hole. Remember to pop out the little vent wings. Lightly push the vent in place, and you're done. After a couple of cuts. it took longer to move the ladder the work. I did 38 and am very satisfied. They look great. Take your time with the first 2, then they become easy and fast.

These vents fit perfectly. It fits tightly into the existing holes.

These louvers fit tightly and looks good. Being stainless steel, I believe they will look and last longer than plastic or aluminum products.

Purchased these to add airflow to a smoke extraction hood. They snap firmly into place in the 1/8 inch hardboard used for the sides. Only issue encountered is my inch hole saw kit skipped from 2 inch to 2 1/8. inch. 2 inch was too small and 2 1/8 was too big. I checked a metric set I had and a 53MM hole saw worked perfectly. If you have a 2 inch hole saw you could file or sand to size. Actual size is 2.100.

Would not go into 2” hole like advertised. Metal is very thin so when you try to put it in the hole they get destroyed. If you try a slightly bigger hole they’re too small. Typical China crap!!

Suffett vents 2 1/8 , snaps in easy and hold. Looks good .

Use a 53mm hole saw and quality results will be achieved. I bought twenty more.

I used these for airflow in 6 ltr Sterilite bins for my isopod cultures. They worked brilliantly and are much less expensive than the alternative. Beware: THE EDGE ON THE INSIDE CIRCUMFERENCE IS VERY SHARP. DID I SAY IT WAS SHARP? LONG STORY SHORT, THAT INNER EDGE IS SHARP AS HELL.
