NEED to find out who can repair
This worked find for a while but know we can't get the video camera to work. Does anyone know who can fix this product?

Poor quality
Stay away from this seller! I bought this product and it only worked for three months and push cable gave up. I contacted the seller and I was suggested to buy new push cable. The new push cable costs $ 700. The seller does not stand behind his product, there is no customer service support. Cheap labor!

I used it on a shower drain and it worked great! I am very happy with it.

Good camera and good customer service
I used this camera to inspect my house sewer pipes. The video is clear and everything works well except it did not record. So, I contacted the seller and they shipped a new control box immediately. I switched out the control box and the camera records without any issues. I found a break in my sewer pipe about 75 feet in. I located the broken pipe with the Rigid Navitrack Scout Sonde Locator. I am happy with the purchase.
