We ordered a size up as recommended by other shoppers. When normally a small would work, we ordered a medium. That size is also too small and the flap easily comes up off the package. This is a great invention and is why we rate it highly, but consider ordering even up to two sizes larger to get the fit needed. I've ordered the next size up and can't wait to receive them. They earn five stars for ingenuity, but lost a star for extreme variation in the size recommended.

I should have read more of the reviews before buying these. I am 5'5, 125lb and wear a size 30/32 jeans. The briefs fit as expected in the waist area, just make sure you order 1 size bigger than you normally would. The "pouch" is useless unless you are a rather small guy. I am not the biggest guy in the world, pretty average actually but there is no way I'm fitting in that comfortably. The pouch looked small when I took the briefs out of the package, but I gave it a fair shot. Yeah not going to happen. It lasted about 10 mins. The material is soft and stretches, but I prefer circulation over soft fabric lol. So if you are on the smaller side when it comes to the "family jewels" you should be fine, if you are average size, keep looking because these will not work for you.

Oh yea! Discrete when you want and ready for immediate action when the time comes. Nice smooth high quality material and very comfortable.
