Options are NOT as advertised and NOT included
I purchased the VocoPro Airnet wireless system from Amazon with some concerns about it being able to deliver what it claims. So far, the unit seems to do what it promises. HOWEVER, don't fall for the "buy extra receivers" option like I did. I ordered the extra left and right receivers from two different Amazon vendors because they weren't both available from one source. That should have been a big "red flag." When they arrived, one box from Source Media Group ($96.03 and free SuperSaver shipping $5.98) contained only the left receiver and antenna but was missing ALL the necessary components to make it work which were supposed to included, and as stated in the Amazon Ad. Missing from my order is XLR connector, RCA connector, 1/4" phone adapter, and AC adapter. The right channel receiver box from J&R Music World ($99 plus $21.90 shipping) was missing the AC adapter, XLR connector, and RCA connector. The product description on Amazon was identical, so I assume the ad copy was supplied by VocoPro. I also suspect that VocoPro is not shipping out these orders to the vendors properly, and certanly incomplete. Why would anyone purchase these receivers without any of the connectors necessary to make the units work? They are useless without them, and you can't get them anywhere else! J&R responded immediately and promised to contact VocoPro for the missing components. A week passed without a follow-up from J&R, so I wrote to them again. This time, they sent me to VocoPro who alledgedly told J&R the accessories were NOT included, and the Amazon ad was wrong, and VocoPro had no control over Amazon ads. Source Media offered NO solutions at all, and essentially dumped the problem on me and told ME to contact VocoPro. Here is their reply: "We're sorry, but due to safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any hazardous materials--these include but are not limited to items that are flammable, gas-powered or use propane or natural gas--at any of our fulfillment centers. The risk of accident is simply too great. Therefore, I suggest you contact the manufacturer regarding the missing part. You can contact VocoPro at 800-678-5348. Most manufacturers list contact information on the product packaging or manual. If you can't find the information there, you might want to try doing a web search to find their phone number or website." Thanks a lot! How's that for customer service? Hazardous materials? A radio receiver without even any batteries included? Obviously, they don't have the slightest clue as to what they actually sold to me, let alone that the order was incomplete. I will NEVER order anything from Source Media or J&R again. What a nightmare! Finally, I called VocoPro who confirmed that all the accessories are NOT included. VocoPro also offered no solutions, and does not sell the accessories, so the extra receivers are useless. Glad I was not in a hurry for these units, because they were ordered June 18 and 19. It is now July 1 and I still have neither Left or Right unit order complete and operating. The good news - Amazon stood by their customer satisfaction guarantee and I am told I will be receiving a refund for both purchases.

I would not recommend these to anyone
I bought these slightly used, they were in new condition and still are four years later. Every time I try and use them they fail on me one way or another. They cant seem to work more than twenty five feet away. I would not recommend these to anyone, spend the extra money and go with a name that has been around. I called them in CA. to ask where they are made, I was hoping mine was just a fluke. Nope they are made in China not in Ca. Ps they are also limited to the sound quality of the out put of your sound card. mid level only for some reason.

Absolutly perfect system for a church cry room set up
I had a project to set up a church cry room. The stipulation was to get sound into the room from services but I had to do it with no wires. The "sound cabinet" (microphone and music input and mixer) is on the other side of the church, about 60 feet away. The system had to reach through two walls of a metal frame building and then drive an active speaker in the cry room. The result has been absolutely perfect. The cry room speaker (and the VocoPro receivers are on a digital timer so they come on only during the Saturday and Sunday services and them shut themselves off. The sound is continues to be excellent on the system.
